• Working with an editor who will cut unsourced claims and ask why three times.
• Disclosing anything you have a financial interest in, in the first paragraph.
• Re-verifying your licence every twelve months.

How to apply

Send us three things at apply@makingofadentist.com: your licence details, a paragraph about your practice, and — this is the one that matters — a few hundred words explaining a procedure to someone who is frightened of it. Not a polished sample. Just the explanation you would actually give.
